Relatively unchanged for 2008, the Nissan 350Z is a real head turner. It boasts a sleek and unique exterior design and plenty of power under the hood. This ultra-handling machine is offered in two door Coupe and two door Roadster body styles, in Base, Enthusiast, Touring, Grand Touring and Nismo trims. Under the hood, it features a smooth 306 horsepower 3.5-liter V6 that generates 268 lbs-ft of torque, with a zero to 60 time of right around 5.0 seconds. Standard equipment includes auto climate control, keyless entry, power controls, a trip computer and AM/FM/CD.

Nissan's 350Z lineup of coupes and convertibles gets but a new paint color, Nogaro Red, for the 2008 model year.

Last year Nissan added the NISMO flavor to the 350Z coupe and still offers a variety of trim and equipment variants to the basic body styles. All Zs carry Nissan's 3.5-liter V-6, which produces 306 horsepower and 268 lb-ft of torque, regardless. Different models offer a choice of six-speed manual or five-speed automatic transmissions.

Eighteen-inch wheels and tires are standard, as is a speed-sensitive power steering system. Anti-lock brakes are standard across the line, with front-side and side-curtain airbags, a navigation system, a choice of satellite radio systems, and an Aerodynamics Package optional.

The convertible version features a fully automatic power top and glass rear window that stow beneath a tonneau cover.
