The 2010 Nissan cube is a unique crossover vehicle with a standout boxy design. The cube seats five passengers comfortably and is offered in four trims; the base model, S, SL and Krom. It's powered by a 1.8L 4-cylinder engine found also in Nissan's other subcompact, the Versa. The engine makes 122 horsepower in the Cube. Two transmissions are available -- a 6-speed manual or continuously variable transmission.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) performs independent crash testing of new vehicles and then assigns them a score based on their performance. Side Impact Crash Test - Rear: Similar to the front side impact test only now the focus is on the rear passenger.
