Lexus NX Hybrid

Lexus NX Hybrid — $40,095

For a sharp-looking luxury crossover that’s comfortable and great on gas, but won’t break the bank, look no further than the Lexus NX 300h. Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV

Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV — $35,795

It may not be the most modern among its competitive compact SUV rivals, but if all you want is an affordable SUV that can run on both gas electricity, then the Outlander PHEV is a pretty good value earning a 74 MPGe rating from the EPA. The price can get even lower with tax incentives, especially if you live in a particularly EV-friendly state.
