Autotrader Find: 2000 Toyota RAV4 With 25,000 Miles

Here’s a bit of a surprise. Although you might think nobody bothered to save any examples of the original RAV4, which was sold from 1996 to 2000, that apparently isn’t true. This 2000 RAV4 is in fantastic condition, and it’s traveled just 25,000 miles from new.

Indeed, this RAV4 would be the perfect addition to any RAV4 collection, for the RAV4 enthusiast in your life. OK, sure, maybe such a person doesn’t exist — but if they did, this would be the RAV to have. It’s got a very 1990s fabric pattern interior, and it’s the upscale RAV4 "L" model, with a single-color exterior and alloy wheels.

More important, however, is the condition, which is truly fantastic. Like I mentioned, this RAV4 has traveled just 25,000 miles from new, and it’s in great shape — inside and out. It really looks like it’s barely been driven, largely because it barely has — and it really is in fantastic shape, even including some odd, possibly original 1990s tire cover.

If you’re starting to find the old RAV4 to be a bit appealing for its boxy styling and indestructible drivetrain, this one could be the car for you — with the only drawback being that it’s 2-wheel drive (2WD). It’s offered by J’s Motors in the San Diego area for $13,995. Find a Toyota RAV4 for sale
