Autotrader Find: 2012 Ford F-250 With 602,000 Miles

Here on Autotrader Find, I often like to report on vehicles with unusually high mileage numbers — but this particular vehicle is especially impressive. That’s not because it’s traveled 602,000 miles, as I’ve seen similar figures before. Instead, it’s because this truck has done it in such a short time, as it’s a 2012 model.

This is a 2012 Ford F-250 4×4 Super Duty, and it’s finished in Gem Green, which is a dark green color, with a gray cloth interior. From the outside, this Super Duty looks like just about any other Super Duty — and you’d never guess it’s traveled 602,000 miles. But, indeed, it has.

According to the Carfax report, this Super Duty was sold new in Ohio in June 2013 — a year after its model year designation would suggest, making its mileage figure even more impressive. Indeed, it hasn’t even been on the road for six years, meaning this truck has traveled more than 100,000 miles annually — or nearly 10,000 miles a month, every month, for six years. It’s an impressive feat.

This truck is now offered for sale, and it features Ford’s 6.7-liter turbodiesel V8, which is clearly quite an excellent workhorse motor. If you’re interested in a tremendously high-mileage F-250, this one is offered by Alfa Romeo of Strongsville in Strongsville, Ohio, for $13,398. Find a Ford F-250 for sale
