Here's something you don't see every day: a green Ferrari. More unusually, it's not an older model, and it's not a dark green: This is a bright green 2013 Ferrari California, and it's currently listed for sale on Autotrader at Chariots of Palm Beach in West Palm Beach, Florida, with just under 7,000 miles and for $153,900.

I'll start with the most unusual aspect of the California, which is, of course, its color. The listing says this is a "one-off" Ferrari California finished in "Verde Kers." Presuming "verde" is the Italian word for "green," that color name is so close to "Kermit Green" that it really makes me wonder if the dealership made it up. But either way, there it is -- a bright green Ferrari California. If you want a California that's different from all the other Californias, well, you can have it.

And the green exterior isn't the only weird bit. The original owner also optioned this California with green accent stitching throughout the entire interior -- so there's green diamond stitching on the seats, along with green stitching on the dashboard, on the center console and on the steering wheel. There are also green Ferrari prancing horse logos embossed on the seats. Fortunately, the original owner of this California avoided making it truly ugly by adding too much green to the interior -- or by painting the wheels green or something. In fact, if you want a green California, this one is fairly well optioned.

Speaking of the original owner, this California was sold new in Florida, which is exactly where you'd expect to find a green Ferrari on the streets. The original owner drove it just 1,000 miles in a year before its registration moved to Massachusetts. But now it's back in Florida, at Chariots of Palm Beach, where it's been for the last month -- awaiting a new owner with rather eccentric tastes.
