Autotrader Find: Bright Red 1994 Lincoln Town Car Limo

What you’re looking at here is a 1994 Lincoln Town Car limousine that’s been painted bright red. It’s offered for sale on Autotrader by Bobby Duby Motors in Amarillo, Texas, for a mere $8,480 — not a bad figure for a limousine, even if this one happens to be 25 years old.

We’ll start from the beginning. According to the Carfax report, this 1994 Town Car was sold new in early 1994 in Las Vegas, and it appears it was used in Las Vegas for nearly two decades before moving to Texas. It was registered in Texas in 2012, and registration records show it was already red by then — though it was almost certainly delivered in white.

Indeed, the top of the limo remains white, and the body stands out quite a bit given its red color — but if you want a standout limo, it’s hard to go wrong with this thing for $8,480, which is (obviously) much cheaper than virtually every other limo on Autotrader. Unfortunately, the limo’s mileage is unknown, as the last reliable odometer reading came in 1996 when it had 37,155 miles. However, the interior looks nice, with a giant, L-shaped couch in back and a large built-in cabinet area designed for drinks.

Oh, sure, you may not have room to park a limo — but you have to admit this is one of the easiest ways to stand out for the money. Especially if you paid a friend to drive you around while you reclined on the giant couch in back.
