As usual, today's Autotrader Find is bringing you something you don't see every day here on Autotrader. It's a 2003 Ferrari Enzo formerly owned by casino magnate Steve Wynn, and it's listed by Herb Chambers Lamborghini near Boston for $2,550,000 . It's covered a whopping 17,000 miles, which is an impressive figure for a car like this, as many Enzos are sitting in garages, babied and pampered, with under 5,000 miles (or, in many cases, even under 1,000 miles).

Amazingly, I saw this car add a few of those miles almost ten years ago. After Wynn owned it (and never drove it), this Enzo was sold to a new owner who lived near Denver, where I grew up. The Denver owner drove it a lot, and I encountered it on the road once, in May 2008, when I eagerly followed it on the highway (at a safe distance!) from downtown Denver to the suburbs. I still remember that night, as the Enzo was something of a dream car for me when I was a kid; the "ultra Ferrari" that came out when I was just getting my driver's license. That night is still the only time I've ever seen an Enzo randomly on the road outside Monaco. You can see a photo I took of this Enzo on the road that night included in the images above.

According to the Carfax report, the Denver owner (who now owns a Bugatti Veyron, also black) had the car from August 2006 until July 2017, bringing the mileage from around 3,400 to around 17,300 during that time (including one period shortly after purchasing the car where the mileage went from 3,400 to 6,600 in just two months!). It appears the car was brought to Monterey during Monterey Car Week in 2017, and the very next event on the Carfax report is the "for sale" listing at Herb Chambers a few weeks ago. It's sad to know this car won't be around Denver anymore.

Not surprisingly, the asking price on this Enzo is huge: $2.5 million is four times what the Enzo originally sold for new in 2003, though this one is special -- not only does it have the Steve Wynn provenance, but it's one of the only Enzo models ever made in black with a tan interior, as most black Enzo models had a red or black interior. The advertisement says it's one of two in black with tan, though I remember hearing many times that it was one of a kind -- but that tiny detail doesn't matter much.

What does matter is you can now buy one of the coolest Ferrari models ever made. So go do it.
