The LaFerrari is Ferrari's finest supercar ever -- a triumph of engineering and performance and technology and blah blah blah. It's also massively expensive, as new LaFerrari models are selling for over $1 million. But that's nothing compared to what's happened on the secondary market, as used LaFerrari models are going for a lot more.

This LaFerrari is a great example of that. It's offered by Prestige Imports in Miami, and it's listed for sale for $3.95 million. That may seem like a lot of money for a vehicle that was recently just $1-point-something million, but remember, at the original sticker price, you had to be invited by Ferrari to buy it. If you weren't on the invite list, now's your chance to get a still-new LaFerrari, as this one is offered for sale with just 94 miles.

According to the Carfax report, this LaFerrari was sold new in Carmichael, California, near Sacramento, where it was delivered with 49 miles. That means the current owner added just 45 miles in two years of ownership -- but, if the current owner makes $2 million on the deal, that will certainly soften the blow of never getting to drive one of the coolest cars of the modern era.

In reality, the car was likely purchased as an investment, which may explain the colors: It's finished in classic Rosso Corsa with traditional silver wheels -- a common color scheme in prior Ferrari supercar models (including every single 288 GTO and F40) but tremendously rare in newer vehicles, as black wheels and custom colors have become more popular. For collectors who want to have all the supercars, this is the color scheme to get. It'll just take a substantial sum to acquire.
