Autotrader Find: Nice 1982 Toyota Pickup

Here’s something you likely won’t find again: It’s a 1982 Toyota Pickup, and it’s … nice. It’s hard to find 1980s Toyota trucks, but it’s especially hard to find one in this sort of condition. And yes, this 1982 Toyota is in great shape, and it’s looking for a new owner.

Here are the particulars: This is a Toyota Pickup, as mentioned, from the era where Toyota wasn’t really naming its vehicles. This truck has traveled 183,000 miles from new, which is a big number — but Toyota trucks are notorious for their indestructibility, and this one is no exception. It still looks impressively new, with a shockingly nice body and interior.

It’s finished in white with gray 1980s-style graphics on the side and, importantly, it’s a 4-wheel-drive (4WD) model, meaning it’s highly capable (if you want it to be). The Carfax report shows that it spent most, or all, of its early life in Colorado before relocating to Washington a few years ago.

Today, it’s offered for sale, listed by a dealership called Westcoast Autoworks in the Seattle area for $19,999. That’s big money, but older Toyota trucks are only getting more valuable — especially ones in nice shape. This truck is finished in white with a blue interior and a manual transmission, and it’s ready to move into the "collectible" phase of its life. Find a Toyota Pickup for sale
