A new version of the Infiniti Q50 compact sports sedan goes on sale soon with a special brown leather interior and unique 19-inch alloy wheels. Priced at $49,920, the new 2021 Q50 Signature Edition adds dark chrome exterior trim, saddle brown leather upholstery, and a different 19-inch wheel design to the mid-level Q50 Sensory trim level.
That works out to a $500 premium over the standard Q50 Sensory model. Like the Sensory, the Signature Edition uses a 300-horsepower version of Infiniti’s twin-turbo V6 engine, which mates to a 7-speed automatic transmission and rear-wheel drive.
All-wheel drive costs an additional $2,000.
Shoppers might be surprised to find that Infiniti charges extra for all four paint hues: $695 for Grand Blue, Majestic White, or Midnight Black, and $900 for Dynamic Sunstone Red. Unlike other versions of the Q50, there is not a no-charge paint option. That $49,920 price tag includes both the less-expensive paint upcharge and a mandatory $1,025 destination.
The Q50 Sensory Edition’s main attraction for many shoppers will be its saddle brown leather upholstery, which extends from the heated front seats to the door panels and lower portions of the dash and center console. Saddle brown stitching also runs along the top of the dashboard. Find an Infiniti Q50 for sale
