Good news, sports-car fans: McLaren is about to release yet another new model. Dubbed the 2017 McLaren 570GT, it joins the recently released 570S in McLaren's growing entry-level lineup. Of course, entry-level is relative, as the 570GT is still pricier than many homes.

So what exactly separates the 570S from the 570GT? Those letters at the end of the name are a good start, as the S offers a sportier driving experience while the GT is designed to be more of a grand-touring car. This means that, while the new 570GT shares its engine with the 570S, it touts a revised body style and improved cabin materials with a luxurious, high-end flair.

Set for a debut at the Geneva Auto Show in March, the 2017 McLaren 570GT still boasts two seats and a mid-engine design -- and it still retains the 570S's 562-horsepower rating. But in addition to more opulent cabin materials, it also offers an improved suspension with a focus on comfort and smoother steering.

You can expect sales to start in late 2016 with a price tag of just under $200,000 before options.
