These Are the Best Unknown Used Performance Sedans for Sale on Autotrader

If you’re looking for a high-performance sedan, you already know about the usual suspects — the BMW M3, the Mercedes-AMG C63 and all the other performance sedans. But there are some fun sedans out there that deviate from the norm. Today, I’m going to show you the best performance sedans you may not know about.

2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio

2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio – $51,174

Although virtually all car enthusiasts are well aware of the Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio, I don’t think many realize just how cheap they’ve gotten — and how quickly. Here’s a 2017 Giulia Quadrifoglio for just $51,174, which is around $30,000 off the original price — not a bad deal. Although it’s hard to find one for under $50,000, there’s no doubt the Giulia Quadrifoglio is creeping in that direction — but if you’re looking for one of the cheapest available right now, this one is offered with 7,200 miles by Van Horn Chevrolet in Plymouth, Wisconsin. 2003 Audi RS6

2003 Audi RS6 – $35,000

If you ask car enthusiasts about the car they’d most like to see in North America, many will tell you it’s the Audi RS6. But most enthusiasts don’t realize the U.S. market did indeed get the RS6, way back in 2003 — and just in 2003, as it was sold for just one model year. Only offered as a sedan, the RS6 was known for being a bit troublesome — but this example has just had extensive service work, and it’s traveled only 25,000 miles from new. It’s offered near Sacramento, California, for $35,000. Find an Audi RS 6 for sale

2012 Buick Regal GS

2012 Buick Regal GS – $10,950

Although the 2010s-era Buick Regal wasn’t much of an enthusiast car, Buick offered a desirable high-performance version with a powerful turbocharged 4-cylinder engine and a manual transmission. This is precisely that car, and it’s a bargain: these have lost a lot of value in the last decade or so, and this one is a 2012 model with 71,000 miles that’s listed by Chicago Fine Motors in the Chicago area for just $10,950. Find a Buick Regal for sale

2002 Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG

2002 Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG – $9,100

The 1999-2002 Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG is one of my very favorite AMG models, largely because it was so understated: aside from the wheels, you had to really know you were looking at something special to realize what it was. This generation of AMG E-Class is surprisingly cheap, as this one exemplifies: it’s traveled around 147,000 miles, and it’s listed by a private seller in Jupiter, Florida, for $9,100. Find a Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG for sale

2009 Pontiac G8

2009 Pontiac G8 – $44,993

The Pontiac G8 was a special car — especially in high-performance GXP guise with a 6-speed manual transmission, which is exactly what this ultra-rare example is. Better yet, this G8 has traveled just 14,000 miles from new, making it surprisingly well-preserved, too. This is an impressive car — and it’s offered by Howard Bentley Buick GMC in Albertville, Alabama, for $44,993. That may seem like big money for a 10-year-old Pontiac, but these have a cult following. Find a Pontiac G8 for sale
