The Toyota Sequoia may not be the most popular Toyota, but when it comes to value and size, it's right at the top. We have five reasons why the 2015 Toyota Sequoia is a great choice for your family.

Standard Features Galore

For most full-size SUVs, more features usually means prepare to pay, but Toyota decided otherwise with the Sequoia. Standard features include keyless entry, heated mirrors, 18-inch alloy wheels and the 6.1-in Entune infotainment system with smartphone connectivity and Bluetooth.

V8 Power

Since the Sequoia is based off the brawny Toyota Tundra, it has a platform ready to pull. All Toyota Sequoia models have a 5.7-liter V8 engine pumping out 381 horsepower, and with the standard rear-wheel drive, you can tow up to about 7,100 pounds.

Gracious Interior

If you're in need of interior space, look no further than the Sequoia. It seats eight passengers with comfort, and if you choose to go with the captain's chair second-row seats, it seats seven with room to spare. There's also over 18 cu ft. of interior space with all seats in place.

Priced Right

There's some stiff competition in this class, from the Suburban to the Expedition, but the Sequoia has a great sticker price around $45,000. Even the premium Platinum edition loaded up is about $65,000. When considering the reliability and quality that Toyota delivers, this value is hard to beat.

Versatile Cargo

When it's time to pack up and hit the road, the Sequoia has versatility and useful function. The second row has a 40/20/40-split, which is rare, and the seats also recline. Behind that row, you'll find a generous 66.6 cu ft. With everything folded, the Sequoia boasts a cargo hold that's a solid 120 cu ft.

Autotrader Says

With tons of space, towing power and features that rival high-end luxury SUVs, the 2015 Toyota Sequoia has a lot to offer. If you want reliability coupled with value, this Toyota SUV might be for you.
