Video | 2018 Cadillac CT6: 90-Second Stats

For the most part, Americans appreciate space and size, especially when it comes to their cars. Now add luxury to that, and they are pretty much all in. Here is a quick look at the full-size 2018 Cadillac CT6.

20-Way Power Seats

Inside the CT6 are high-quality, handcrafted materials. The top-of-the-line Platinum trim level receives 20-way power heated and ventilated seats, which even have massage functions. That luxurious and rich feel continues for the back-seat passengers, as well, where you can opt for premium rear-seat infotainment.

404 Horsepower

Aside from the CT6 hybrid, there are three engine choices. Two very impressive V6’s and a very capable 4-cylinder. The top-of-the-line Platinum trim level has the most powerful of those choices, a twin-turbo 3.0-liter V6 rated at 404 horsepower. Cadillac also offers the option of rear– or all-wheel drive.

10-Inch Touchscreen

Up front is a 10.2-in touchscreen equipped with Cadillac’s interface called CUE (Cadillac User Experience). This system has a ton of capability like a Wi-Fi hotspot, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, among much more. Looking for sound that is off the charts? Opt for the Bose Panaray sound system that produces a 360-degree sound experience through a staggering 34 speakers. Another impressive feature to consider is Super Cruise. This has the option to be hands-free on a limited-access freeway, as it works with adaptive cruise control.

20-In Wheels

All CT6’s come well equipped, however the top Platinum trim level has all the bells and whistles — features like heated mirrors and LED headlights and taillights. There are also exclusive 5-split-spoke, 20-in aluminum wheels with five chrome inserts.

15 Cu Ft.

There is plenty of space in this CT6, however the trunk has just over 15 cu ft. Compare that with most full-size luxury sedans, and you’ll find the trunk space is on the smaller side.

Autotrader Says

Full-size luxury sedans that start under $60,000 are way ahead of the pack. The CT6 starts around $55,000, and really, compared to most, you’ll save thousands. So before you consider a Lexus or Mercedes, make sure you take the 2018 Cadillac CT6 for a spin.
