7-Inch UVO Touchscreen
Up front on the inside is the user-friendly 7-in UVO touchscreen, and there's also an upgraded 8-in option, as well. Some standard technology includes Apple Carplay and Android Auto. Download the free UVO eServices app and it's easy to connect to your smartphone. If great sound is a necessity, opt for the powerful 10-speaker Harman Kardon Sound System.
19-Inch Alloys
The Sorento has a sharp design on all trim levels, but if you opt for the higher SXL trim level, it's equipped with stylish 19-in alloys. The design features a lower roofline, a tiger-nose grille and full LED headlights. Overall, the Sorento exudes sophistication, and it really is an attractive family vehicle -- which isn't the case for many.
10- and 14-Way Power Seat
The interior has a modern feel, and the layout is user-friendly. The higher SXL trim level has a 14-way power driver seat, a heated steering wheel and all the premium touches you'd get from a luxury brand. The middle trim levels receive a 10-way power driver seat as well as dual-zone climate control for comfort.
290 Horsepower
There are two engine choices, and the most powerful engine offered is a 3.3-liter V6, good for 290 hp and 252 lb-ft of torque. All but the base trim level have optional All-Wheel Drive, and both the 6- and 8-speed automatic transmissions offer a pretty smooth ride.
3-Row Space
Keep in mind we found the third row to be a little tight for adults, especially taller folks. For the most part, this space is mainly suited for smaller children or shorter trips for adults.
