One owner, adult owned by former Honda technician. Very well maintained and I'll provide a running log of all maintenance. Zero accidents - VIN security stickers added from the dealer, all present and intact. 1st oil change at 1k miles and at/under 5k miles thereafter. Car was factory built with Performance Pack which includes Brembo Brakes and factory STI Seats. Only 500 were made with the performance pack! New (4) Fire hawk 500 tires installed at 113,502 miles. 2 keys. Extras: PPF Installed at Atlanta Protective Films since new - partial hood, fenders, full front bumper, front upper grill, headlights, fog lights, blinker, hood scoop, rear splash guards, and all 4 door pockets. This has very effectively protected the paint! All windows have been tinted with 25% ceramic since new - protecting interior from fading or cracks. OEM STI exhaust - sounds better than OEM Standard WRX exhaust and has significantly less drone. OEM front kicker dash tweeters upgrade. 3D Max Spider front floor mats for maximum protection, installed since the car was new. Will include OEM rubber floor mats - front, rear, and trunk. Will include OEM front/rear cloth floor mats- never used. This car has been amazing and I hate to sell it, but it's a 3rd vehicle and I can no longer justify keeping it. It does have one small ding, one chip in the paint, and a cracked windshield. The windshield crack happened within the first week of ownership and I never fixed it, as it didn't bother me, but you're likely to want to replace it. Priced @ $17,500 the least expensive performance pack in the country, and certainly the cleanest you'll find. Title in hand. No test drives unless proven to be a serious buyer.
