This is one of 324 2003 Bright Red For Ranger Fx4 Level II with a manual transmission and transfer case. It was the first year of the Level II package and the last year of the Manual transfer case.  The vehicle was bought new from Astoria Ford by the previous owner until he passed earlier this year.  I bought the truck because I knew how rare it was.  Truck has 5 new 31x10.5/r15 BFG AT Ko2 tires and a matching Alcoa spare wheel.  The rotors, pads, hubs, lower ball joints, and upper control arms were replaced with motor craft parts.  The center console arm rest was replaced with an OEM unit, the fog lights have also been replaced with OEM lamps.
