We are selling our VERY RELIABLE AND WELL-MAINTAINED, 2012 HONDA CRV EX-L Sport Utility 4D, Automatic 5-Speed, AWD FOR $9500. NON-SMOKER!!  LOW MILES: 128,131 (40,000 less than average for this year, make, and model).  LEATHER SEATS!  Purchased New in 2012: ONLY ONE OWNER!  The ENGINE is in VERY GOOD condition.  It has had REGULAR OIL CHANGES AND OTHER MAINTENANCE throughout the life of the car!  We welcome/invite reference to the service record in the Carfax Report (or your preferred car history report). The condition of the INTERIOR is on the HIGHER SIDE OF GOOD TO VERY GOOD (with the exception of a faded stain on the backseat on the driver's side).  Front seat interior is in VERY GOOD condition.  We added a tow hitch for light duty hauling (it supports a tray for carrying coolers and light items).  The exterior is in good shape overall (mostly minor scratches), but there is a dent towards the rear on the driver's side.  The paint in the rear on the passenger side is somewhat discolored due to an earlier dent repair.  Replaced rear brake pads and rotors in October, 2025.  COME TAKE A LOOK!
