Needs a complete paint job due to failure of clear coat that is notorious from this era of Honda cars. It was partially resprayed by Honda under warranty when the class action lawsuit was active many years ago but didn't last as can be seen in pictures. It will need new tires soon, TPMS light is on due to sensor being bad in one of the wheels. Has newer AC compressor within last 4 years and AC is cold. I'm the second owner, for the last ~9 years (been in my family since new), I have done all maintenance on the vehicle, oil changed every 5k miles, no leaks or smoke but does lose about a quart of oil every 5k miles. Manual trans fluid replaced about 5 years ago, shifts smooth and has a short throw shifter. No issues with the clutch (it's original) but I have to believe it will need to be changed in the next 20-30k miles. New rear pads, and rear rotors within the last 3 years. No rips or stains on the interior, though both sun visors are broke and would need to be replaced if wanting to be able to use them. Steering wheel is flaking material off and shift boot is peeling as well. Windows, except windshield are tinted all around ~30%, can't remember exact amount of light transmission. Open to reasonable offers.
