Selling my son's 2010 Acura TSX w/Technology Package. He got a company car so no longer needs it. We are the 3rd owner. Purchased from the second owner in 6/19, with 82K miles, who purchased it Certified Pre-Owned from Jackson Acura in 1/12 with 14K mi. Purchased by original owner, also from Jackson Acura in Roswell, in 12/10. I just drove it 9 hrs. back from VA BCH with no issues including a couple times by my son when he lived there. Got 33 mpg on the interstate. 219,000 mainly highway miles from job commuting between Macon &amp; Warner Robins over the years. Still drives great. The good: - All maintenance records since we've owned it (+ some from the prev owner). - Beautiful A/C, never had issues. - Mavis Traction Control (Hankook) 75K mi tires &amp; alignment 3/25 at 208,400 mi. (tires &lt;11K mi). One of the previous owners put Voxx Legra rims on it. - Air filter, wipers, and Honda 100 mo. battery in at 215,000 mi. - Rear ceramic brake pads in at 216,470 mi. - Just installed new PCV valve and oil/filter change 1/30. - Front WeatherTech floor liners. - No CEL, so it WILL pass emissions. - 2 sets of keys + original manuals/literature. The ugly: - The seat bottoms are cracked as happens with all older Acuras with the mesh leather design. The front seats have aftermarket seat covers. Repro Acura bottom seat covers are reasonably priced, and are fairly easy to replace or add an aftermarket cover for the rear. - Some wear on the steering wheel and DS door handle at the main contact points. - Body has some scratches and a ding on the PS front door. - It has the occasional (mainly in cold weather) one-second cold start rattle. Common issue on these higher mileage K-series motors with the VTC actuator. Will eventually need replacing. If you have tools and know how to work on cars, this is a one day/weekend fix. If I repair it, the price will go up by several hundred $. Washed &amp; cleaned top to bottom, inside &amp; out &amp; ready to go. No low-ball offers. SELLING AS IS.
