This is a two-owner car; each owner averaged roughly 6,000 miles/year. It's been garaged for at least the past six years under current ownership, sheltered from Seattle's weather. Serviced regularly between the Seattle Mini dealership in its early years and by a trusted BMW-certified mechanic after that so you'd be buying a car that's been loved and maintained.
