This is a 2003 Toyota Camry that runs well and is reliable for daily driving. The engine performs smoothly, but the vehicle does burn oil. The car will not pass New York State emissions inspection with its current oil burning and will require repairs before registration renewal if you are in New York state. The exterior shows some peeling clear coat on the hood and some other surfaces, so we sprayed dip on the hood, top, and trunk to protect the paint job. Minor dings typical of a car this age and some rust are the only other body issues. No accidents. This is typical cosmetic wear for vehicles from this era and is nothing unusual. Overall, it remains a dependable car with known mechanical and cosmetic issues reflected in its condition and price. <br><br>This has been a wonderful car, and if we had the energy, we would do the mechanical work and keep it. We just do not need it. We would love to pass it on to someone who will love it and learn mechanics from it. If you live in a state that does not require emissions inspections, consider taking it. If you take care of it, it will last you, as is, for at least a year or two. If you do the mechanical work on it, you will set records for mileage.
