Purchased December 2024 from Jack Ingram VW in Montgomery, AL. This is my 3rd GTI and by far the best. Changed oil/filter at 1000, 5000 and 10,000 miles. Used Mobil 1 ESP X2 Full Synthetic 0W-20 &amp; Fram TG11784 filter. Have enough oil left for another change. Added a pint of Techron each oil change. 18&quot; Sparco Assetto Gara wheels and 225/45R18 Pirelli P Zero AS Plus 3 from TireRack installed at about 600 miles. Original 19&quot; wheels and summer tires are available for $1,000. Upgraded speakers - front door/A-pillar are Focal IS VW 155; rear door are Polk Audio DB 6502. Added Fumoto F106S Oil Drain Ball Valve &amp; hose kit for mess-free oil changes. Includes Sealskin car cover that is 100% waterproof and saved the finish from a hailstorm a couple weeks ago. Around town it gets 22 to 26 mpg. On the Interstate at 75/80 it averages 34 to 36. Frankly, now that I'm 74 I have a hard time getting in and out of it. And, I bought an EV.
