The RAV4 is the best-selling compact SUV in America. It offers a roomy, safe, and comfortable cabin, respectable fuel economy, and unimpeachable credentials regarding reliability and resale. The Adventure’s Multi-Terrain system gains Downhill Assist Control. Towing increases from 1,500 to 3,500 pounds. The Adventure’s cargo bay adds side netting and a 120-volt/100-watt AC outlet. Options mirror those of the XLE and XLE Premium. You can also get a RAV4 Adventure with a two-tone paint treatment.

Limited buyers can go further, adding a foot-activated power tailgate, heated rear seats, a panoramic glass moonroof, and a 360-degree monitor. It also brings the more advanced torque-vectoring system from the Adventure when upgrading to AWD.
