My lease on my 2014 Sportage was up in July so when I received a notice in the mail saying Destination Kia was offering me what is known as a lease pull ahead on my vehicle I made a appointment to see what it was all about. When I arrived with my wife (primary driver) we were greeted by sales associate Jay Thompson. Collectively we told Jay what we were looking for. We wanted pretty must the same Sportage we would be turning in but with a few more options . Jay was very attentive to our needs writing everything on his notepad. Here is the kicker ,I told Jay I did not want to put any money down and was looking for a payment that mirrored my current one. Knowing the color and options we were looking for Jay brought us out to the front of the dealership where there just so happened to be a white 2017 Sportage with the exact options we were looking for ( magic ? ). Jay went through all the features of the vehicle and then we were off on a test drive. My wife fell in love with the electronic /techie stuff it had to offer and how great it handled on the road. So it was back inside the dealership to crunch the numbers. In short ( a little to late for that now) Jay was able to get us a payment which worked and we drove it home that very day. They say a business is only as good as their associates , I believe this to be true. That is why Destination Kia is number one.

Went in for warranty work on a 2014 kia soul liked the 2026 Kai Forte with plus package Christopher said he could get me in that car said don;t think so within the hour went home with brand new car have gone back and talked to him about different things about car etc always took time out for me explained everything to me Even went into the parts dept to get me touch up paint I asked for just in case. He treated me like I was Family Way to go Chris

I previously had a 2011 Kia Sorento that I absolutely loved. However, it was clearly made on a Friday afternoon (if you know what I mean). During all my misfortunes with the first one, I always had a wonderful experience with the parts department. On Saturday, I walked back into Destination Kia with hopes of retiring my first Sorento for a new one. I was greeted within 5 minutes in the parking lot by our salesman Josh Cornwell. He was polite, personable and took the time to understand my frustrations, concerns and my needs/wants. He quickly found the SUV that I would soon be the new owner of. Him along with sales manager Shaun Collins, were able to get me in to the most gorgeous 2017 pearl white Kia Sorento EX, and were able to meet my needs financially. Although it was a long day at Destination Kia, it was a rewarding one. I was able to say goodbye to the old and drive home in my new one the same day! I can honestly say that I'm in love with my SUV! Thanks Josh!

I made an appointment for an oil change and to have my front wipers replaced. Upon arriving early, I was told it would be an hour. Ok, no problem, but I had to be out by a specific time because of another appointment. I was told by the advisor, it wouldn't be a problem. My car sat out front for 15 minutes and I went to find someone to check me out. Was told it would be just another minute. I waited another 15 minutes before the advisor finally came out with my paperwork and two others. So my first belief is that they can't check one person out at a time because I saw another advisor with paperwork for three people to check out. After getting in my car to drive away, the car was wobbly and shaking. I couldn't turn around because I couldn't miss my other appointment. After leaving my second appointment and on my way to work, I phoned the dealership and they told me I would have to bring it back. I told them I couldn't because I had to get to work. I offered several suggestions on how we could resolve the problem of getting it to the dealership, but all suggestions where shot down. I asked the advisor twice to have the sales manager get back to me and he said ok. The third time I called, I told them to forget it, I was done with their dealership. I brought my car to the local garage to find out what the problem was. Destination Kia had rotated my tires w/o my permission. There was a loose lug nut on the front passenger tire and three loose lug nuts on the front driver's side. It was also discovered that one of the tires was not on straight. The manager, never called me back. After receiving an e-mail three days later form them about my service, I sent the manager an e-mail. He responded two days later that he didn't know I was looking for him. My salesman when I leased the vehicle was great. I would not recommend the service department to anyone!
