Johnson City Ford will deliver a vehicle to a customer for purchase within a 350-mile radius of the dealership, located at,3519 Bristol Hwy., Johnson City, TN 37601. The customer is required to provide a valid driver's license and insurance information and all purchase paperwork must be signed before the vehicle will be released to the customer. The customer and the dealer will determine a time of delivery and a delivery window of time will be provided. If the customer needs to reschedule, the customer must notify the dealer at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery window. If the customer is not home when the delivery driver arrives or has given an incorrect address, the dealer reserves the right to charge a per mile and/or per hour fee.
