Other OPTIONAL fees and costs may be extra, like UV theft protection, Lojack by Spireon subscription, Extended Service Contracts, GAP insurance, dealer preparation, additional requested or optional vehicle equipment/products like credit investigation, dealer vehicle certification, vehicle modifications, optional equipment, credit insurance, optional maintenance packages, physical damage of liability insurance and/or delivery fees. The untimely deletion of a vehicle from the site due to sale, an unintended misprint, inaccurate data entry or typographical error shall not give rise to any liability whatsoever to any party. It is the customer s sole responsibility to verify the availability of any vehicle, and the existence and condition of any equipment listed. The dealership is not responsible for any typographical errors or misprints on prices or equipment or any other erroneous information.
