New available features include wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a 9-inch touchscreen, and a wireless charging pad. One omission from the newest HR-V is the first generation’s Magic Seat, which offered owners more versatility when carrying passengers and cargo.

Model Updates:: Starting with the 2025 model year, the Sport and EX-L trims gain as standard a blind-spot monitor and rear cross-traffic detection.

Honda HR-V (1st generation: 2016 - 2022)

The first-generation HR-V offers a few features no longer available in the latest version.
