This Tundra is a victim of a Rusted Frame. Bad steel from China is what we've been told. Purchased vehicle NEW  in 2004 from Haley Toyota in Roanoke Virginia. Took vehicle to Haley after inspection was rejected. They said Toyota would not cover  repairs. We had the truck frame coated at McDonough Toyota after a recall in 2015. Interior is in excellent condition. Regular oil changes. Cannot find anyone to do the repairs needed in our area. Only has 68,680 miles on it.
