1998 Mercedes-Benz SLK 230 in iconic Sunburst Yellow over Charcoal leather upholstery, powered by the supercharged M111 2.3-liter and 5-spd automatic transmission. Ordered with optional mobile phone system and 6-disc CD changer. Purchased from original owner in 2021 and I have been passionate about preserving its showroom condition, kept 100% unmodified, no accidents, no smoking, no food, no pets, no kids, no stories. Now at 68k miles. Runs and drives excellent, does not leak any fluids or burn oil, no error codes or CEL. Only run with shell 92 gasoline. Power folding hardtop regularly serviced and works perfectly. Wheels professionally refinished last year with brand new Michelin Pilot Sport AS4 tires. Most recent oil/filter service completed 9/28/24 with new wiper blades and cabin filter, extensive 70k mile service was performed at 65k with complete inspection and clean bill of health from Mercedes-Benz of Lynnwood. Interior is very clean, AC blows cold and heat blows hot. Bose 6-speaker cassette and CD system with original head unit and rare oem cassette holder accessory in center console. Some scratches and marks on soft touch surfaces and other light signs of use. Has 1 set of factory carpeted floor mats and 1 set of rubber all-season. Exterior paint, trim, rubber, and glass are well preserved, stored indoors and protected with ceramic coating, strictly hand washed. Paint believed to be original, thickness measured at 105-150 m on every panel. Small chips and scratches visible on close inspection. Retains unused jack, spare, air compressor, toolkit, and first-aid kit. Includes 3 factory keys (2 master flip keys, 1 valet), binder of service records, owners manuals in leather pouch, touch-up paint, original dealership brochures and literature with Bose demo cassette, windshield sunshade, and oem wind deflector.
