For sale is my wonderful and reliable 2013 BMW 528i xDrive. The car spent the majority of its life in Arizona and was meticulously and routinely serviced by the owners local BMW Dealership. I am the 4th owner and have owned the car since 2019. I have continued to service the car regularly and the car has been nothing but reliable. The AWD system is great and really comes in handy during the wet season. At the end of last year, I had a full inspection and service done on the car ($1,140). This included 4 brand new tires, and a brake fluid flush. Just prior to that I had a new clockspring installed, and the battery fully charged. The car is all good and will not need service for quite some time. It has a couple of very minor imperfections, and the price reflects that, but overall, it's a great, reliable, and handsome car that will always get you where you need to go and is a lot of value for the money. The Good: +Runs like a tank; I have had zero reliability problems with the car +The car still looks great. The paint is not perfect, but it's overall in very solid condition +The interior overall is in fantastic shape, with just a couple of small imperfections neither of which you see on a daily basis +4 brand new tires just a few hundred miles ago +Fully up to date on service +The car has always lived in a warm dry climate +The car has been meticulously serviced throughout its entire life, by a BMW dealer for the majority of it +The All-Wheel Drive is AMAZING, especially noticeable during the winter +Clean title in hand and ready to go The not so good: -There is a light on the dash about chassis stabilization that came on after I had the new tires installed. They told me it does not negatively impact the drive of the car and it needs a diagnostic to shut the light off. I didn't want to pay for that given the car drives fine. -Small tear in the bottom of the drivers seat I repaired with leather tape. You would only see this if you looked under the seat. -The drivers
