2005 BMW X5 Runs Great New Battery Needs Minor Cosmetic Repairs I'm selling my 2005 BMW X5. The vehicle is in fair condition and runs and drives with no mechanical issues. Over the past year, I've had a lot of mechanical work done, so it's solid under the hood. What's Good: Starts right up New battery New alternator New starter Heat and A/C both work Engine and mechanical components in good shape What Needs Attention (Cosmetic): All doors open from the inside, but the exterior door mechanisms need to be realigned. One front door part has already been orderedI just haven't had time to install it. Sunroof stays closed, but if opened it may get stuck and requires the reset procedure to close. I was told it may just be a fuse. This is a great SUV for someone who can handle a few cosmetic repairs. Mechanically it's strong and reliable.
