Pros: - run so great, ram trucks are really powerfull and really reliable - fuel pump changed recently - fair tires, you dont have to change them, they arent really used and 2years old - less than 200k miles for a 98! - huge fuel tank ~30/35 gallons - you can put manually the 2nd gear or 1st gear - working electric generator, great to have power anywhere - 10'6&quot; behind the drivers seat - front seats are comfortable - roof racks, spinning light, rod rack - bluetooth radio station Boss, (you can put your spotify playlist in a 98 van lol) Cons: - 8cyl = not economic in fuel - bad paint job - its getting old, so you need to check parts more frequently - AC works weirdly, only at max power, heater works great tho - still a bit dirty even if i tried to clean it so many times I've lived in this van, been to colorado/utah/arizona/nevada and california with it, through the desert, the mountains, the snow and rain and it never even flinched! This is a steal, i love this van but i need to sell it since i leave the country. perfect for a camping van or a working van Mech said there should not be any big work on it for the next 5 to 7 years, I would still keep an eye on the diferencials and transmission since its 28 yo and these pieces suffer with time.
