It has a 5,000 lb tow capacity, Drivetrain: Standard Front-Wheel Drive (FWD) Fuel Economy (FWD): 17 city / 24 highway MPG (20 combined) There is no issues with this car. It has been a great vehicle. I just spent $1300 to have it fully checked at the mechanic to make sure it was 100% good. The only thing that came up was an air bag sensor on 1 back seat is not working. They fully serviced everything, ac service, oil, filters, tune up, struts, coolant, etc. The mechanic is just a mile from us, Jackson Automotive. You are welcome to go there and ask them about it as well. They have always serviced it. Other than replacing struts and maintenance this car has never had an issue or ever had to go to a mechanic. I only changed cars to get a bigger vehicle to be able to tow our big trailer with a tractor on it and our 16 foot trailer. I replaced with an Armada which is a beast. But, I will say I wish I had not gotten the Armada I liked this Explorer better. Armada is nice looking and ride, but all kinds of functions and weird controls/settings I have found I hate. I will go back to Ford when I get next car because before this I had this explorer I loved. This car has all the upgrades and the inside condition is really good. It looks almost new. It is a great car for the money with seating for 7 hard to find anything nicer for the money. Perfect for seating 6 or 7 on family trips or daily commutes.
