Selling my 2012 Subaru Impreza 2.0i Limited AWD with 114,950 miles. One-owner. Service records show all scheduled maintenance accomplished. Recent Maintenance and Service Oil and filter change plus professional detail March 2026 4 tires May 2025 or newer Drive belt replaced Dec 2024 Major A/C system repairs and recharge Summer 2025 Suspension and brake work performed Oct 2025 This car has been maintained proactively and most wear items have been addressed. Runs and drives very well. A recent dealer multi-point inspection identified 2 items to monitor: Valve cover gasket seepage. Dealer noted a Class 1 leak (slight buildup, no active dripping). No oil spots where the car is parked. Documentation shows oil consumption remains under the owner's manual limit. Right rear upper suspension arm bushing / ball joint wear. Dealer noted wear and recommended future attention. Accident History: CARFAX shows minor damage in 2022. The damage was cosmetic only (scratches on one fender and a bent corner of the bumper).
