Looking to find someone who appreciates this car as much as my daughter in law did. They moved 2500 miles away to snow/freezing weather country and want this car to stay here at a good home in CA. For sale: Sporty 1999 Celica GT convertible. Has black leather interior. Automatic transmission. 197K miles. Runs great. -New Viper alarm with remote fobs. -New brakes and rotors (Lifetime warranty at Firestone) -New performance 16 rims. -New performance AS tires. Asking $6995 as is or best offer. Price is $2k lower than other listings to allot for the following minor quirks: Daily or weekly driver? Great! But it has a very slow trickle loss on the battery so it doesn't like to sit for more than 3 weeks. It's possible the aftermarket stereo amp was wired wrong. Again, not an issue if driven regularly. Other minor details: The automatic rear windows will go down but sometimes don't want to go back up. Switch =$75 and if it's the motor $200 The power roof is better but I've been told the same has happened in the past (never for me though) same $75 switch or $200 if it's the motor. A $2k discount for $150-$400 work. Runs strong and is fun to drive! Thanks for looking.
