This is a SINGLE OWNER, NON-SMOKER, highway-driven Porsche that was meticulously maintained, first by the Penske dealership in Scottsdale and then by a private Porsche certified mechanic.  It drives as well as it did from day one.  We custom ordered the vehicle on-line through Penske and received the earliest version of the 2016 model on August 1, 2015.  The 2016 was the year it became a &quot;fully Porsche&quot; design.  All maintenance was recently done, including brakes, new battery, oil change, and more.  All work was done on time, when due.  It was garaged more than half the time (other than while parked at work) and used for a long commute to work which is why it has the 193,300 miles.  As we have retired to the mountains of Kirkland, AZ outside of Prescott, we are selling this vehicle since we now travel 10 miles of dirt road to get to our home (as well as the mechanic being 100+ miles away in Tempe).  This is absolutely the best vehicle you could possibly drive for this amount of money, but KBB severely diminishes the value of this Porsche because of the mileage.  We will bring the car down to our business location in Phoenix to make it easier to see and test drive. The car title is clean, there is no loan.  Original purchase price was $70,000 in 2015.
