We're a retired couple, and this Enclave has been exactly what you'd hope for in a used SUVreliable, comfortable, luxurious, and very well cared for. We're the second owners and have kept every maintenance and repair record, along with both Carfaxes, so there are no surprisesfull transparency. Both reports are available upon request. There are two minor Carfax incidents, both professionally handled with no ongoing issues. One was addressed by the dealer prior to our purchase. The other was a small front bumper scrape from a golf cart at a tennis tournament, which was fully repaired and repainted. What really makes this car stand out is that we didn't cut corners. We've put nearly $10,000 into recent major service (with receipts), including a new torque converter, catalytic converter, tires, brakes, shocks, battery, and more. In other words, the big-ticket items that often concern buyers have already been taken care of. It runs and drives beautifullysmooth, quiet, and solid. It's been mostly driven by my wife, gently and responsibly, and it shows in how clean and well-kept everything is. Most of the miles since we've owned it have been easy highway miles visiting our grandkids. Inside and out, it's in excellent condition, and everything works just as it should. The ride is smooth like glass, the A/C is ice cold, and all the featuresfrom the dual sunroofs and heated seats to remote start (both key fobs), safety mirror alerts, and Apple CarPlay/Android Automake it a pleasure to drive. We're only selling because we're moving into a newer vehicle. If we weren't, we'd be perfectly happy to keep driving this one. This is the kind of SUV you buy when you want peace of mind, full documentation, and a vehicle that's already been taken care of the right way.
