Looking to sell my 2012 128i. I've had it for a year now and it has caused me no problems. The only things I had to change were the tires, brakes, brand new AC unit, and oil change every 5k miles, but no mechanical problems. Haven't missed any maintenance on it either, and it's completely stock. There's a scratch on the passenger side of the car near the front right wheel. The interior looks brand new for a car with over 85k miles. The car gets parked in an underground garage daily. Between 11/14/2025 and 03/19/2026 the car was barely used since I was out of the country. Just enough to keep it in good condition and active. All 4 tires got changed 9/19/2025. The front + rear disc brake pads, rotors, and sensors all got changed 11/10/2025. Oil and air filters were replaced 9/19/2025 along with an oil change. Lastly the AC was looked at and repaired 5/15/2025. For the AC, wheels, and brakes it totaled to $2,630 and everything is still in very good condition since I put them on the car.
