MECHANICS SPECIAL I bought this as a project car but I've gotten as far as I can go as an amateur without needing special tools and a lift, so I'm unfortunately giving it up. It runs and drives great, but needs some maintenance and repairs to continue on. Bonuses: Includes new CAN auto parts: brand new RS-style bumper/spoiler (not pictured, needs to be installed/painted), brand new test pipes to eliminate stock cats. new design won't throw a check engine light according to CAN. Includes assortment of other parts needing installation (oil filter housing, valve gaskets/seals, o2 sensors, etc). $3000+ in new parts included in price. Good: Engine and transmission are working normally. Timing chains/guides are fine. Brand new tires, less than 200mi on them. Interior is 95% perfect, no tears in the leather. Minor bubbles from excess heat in parts of the door panels. Roof liner is dirty and needs a good steam clean. Windows/sunroof all work. Bad: Leaky rear main seal and valve seals (some stop-leak additive has worked well). Infotainment panel does not fold/hide away when the car is off. Needs freon top up. Some curb rash on the rims. Missing mini-filter on aftermarket air intake. Throttle body needs cleaning. Crank pulley and belt should be checked. Some side reflectors are missing. Ugly: Lots of small hail dents. Steering column lock lever missing. Audio system is stock Audi speakers. Blown speakers/sub were replaced with second-hand working speakers. They're just okay. Will accept cash or crypto (USDC/BTC).
