Great for Mechanic / Project Car **Needs to be Towed This car has several serious problems Transmission Failure. When the car is cold, the transmission works fine for about 15 to 20 minutes and the car will drive normally. After about 15 minutes, the transmission will immediately fail and the Audi will lose all gears except first gear. If left alone, the Audi will reset itself in about 24 hours and the car will drive normally for about 15 to 20 minutes before the transmission fails again. Coolant Leak. Sometimes the car will hemorrhage coolant. Other times, there is no leak and the Audi holds pressure without an issue. Possible issue with oil cooler. General Condition The overall condition of the Audi is fair to average. Windows: Good shape. Air Conditioner / Heater: No known issues. Engine. Runs strong, no known issues. Water Pump. Replaced Dec 2023. Tires. Fair. Wheels. Varying degrees of road rash Dash and Instrument Cluster. Very good. Lights. Tail lights and headlights in good condition. Seats. Leather seats, fair to good shape, no rips or tears. Two seats have minimal water damage from a wet towel. Interior. Overall, good shape. Driver's door has a tear on the arm rest. Headliner, good shape. Interior carpet, fair shape, dirty. Trunk, the carpeting in the trunk will likely have to be replaced; there is a mixture of sand and surfers' wax mashed into the trunk carpeting. Exterior / Body. Normal wear and tear. Additionally, the car has the following damage: Passenger-side front quarter panel - small dent consistent with being hit by a hammer or similar device. Rear bumper: damage to paint and plastic / cracking consistent with backing into a parking stop. Brakes. No known issues.. Title and Smog Certificate. Title is clean. Smog cert. obtained on April 2, 2026. Car sold AS IS - $1,700.00. Cash Only. Note: Although this car starts and runs, it is not safe to drive. Buyer will need to have car towed.
