Mini cooper This is my weekend garage project vehicle that has had over 80 hours of wrenching this year. I was a Master ASE certified automotive technician and I have had many car projects over the years. Stuff that has been done recently New AC pump and freon Supercharger rebuild and oil change Timing chain replacement Head gasket replacement Fel pro brand Alternator Denso new Water pump New tires 18 wheels from a JCW vehicle New radiator and hoses The car didn't need any of these items, I just wanted to wrench on a car. This car is not obviously perfect or show quality but it is current on maintenance and works very well. I installed sound dampening rubber in the floor of the rear. I have a spare tire and rear seats with a big box of spare parts that are new. All of the oil seals have been replaced that commonly leak so this car is good for many years. My plan was to show the car in Monterey car shows and car and coffee meet ups but I have an interest in a older sports car engine swap project. I estimated about $2500 in new parts, paint, oil and misc stuff. This car is ready for a new driver Needs a new key replacement but current one works Will smog with serious buyer Negotiations on price in person only I have several vehicles and this one sits in the garage and not interested in giving it away.
