If you're searching for a 2022 Honda HR-V LX Sport Utility for sale in San Diego, California, you've come to the right place. Siry Motors - San Diego has this sleek black HR-V LX in stock and ready for a test drive. With its compact footprint, versatile interior, and Honda's legendary dependability, this SUV is a smart pick for city commuters, weekend adventurers, and everyone in between. ===== About This 2022 Honda HR-V LX ===== This 2022 Honda HR-V LX comes in a sharp black exterior finish and has accumulated 87,995 miles a realistic, honest reflection of real-world use on a vehicle built to go the distance. The HR-V platform is known for holding up exceptionally well into high mileage territory, making this an appealing option for buyers who want maximum value without sacrificing reliability. The 4-door Sport Utility body style makes it practical for daily errands around San Diego, family outings, or hauling gear on weekends. Whether you're navigating the urban streets of downtown or cruising along the coast, this HR-V is sized just right. ===== 2022 Honda HR-V Performance and Engine ===== Under the hood, this HR-V is powered by a 1.8-liter 4-cylinder engine with Honda's i-VTEC technology a system that optimizes valve timing for a balance of power delivery and fuel efficiency. Paired with a Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) with Sport Mode, the drivetrain keeps the engine in its optimal power band whether you're merging onto the freeway or navigating stop-and-go traffic. Sport Mode gives the CVT a more responsive, engaged feel when you want a little more hustle out of the engine. The front-wheel-drive (2WD) configuration keeps the vehicle light and efficient, and in a city like San Diego where harsh winter roads aren't a concern it's a perfectly practical setup for the vast majority of buyers. ===== Honda HR-V Features and Interior ===== ==== LX Trim Technology and Comfort ==== The LX trim is Honda's entry point into the HR-V lineup, but don't mistake base for basic. The 2022 HR-V LX comes standard with a 5-inch display audio system, rearview camera, Bluetooth connectivity, and Honda's impressive Magic Seat system a rear seat configuration that folds flat or flips up to create an extraordinary amount of cargo versatility for a subcompact SUV. The rear seat alone sets the HR-V apart from competitors in its class. You'll also find standard air conditioning, a multi-angle rearview camera, and forward collision warning technology that reflects Honda's commitment to safety even at the base trim level. ==== Interior Space and Practicality ==== For San Diego drivers who need versatility without the bulk of a full-size SUV, the HR-V's interior is a revelation. The cabin manages to feel roomy and well-organized, with thoughtful storage solutions throughout. The 60/40 split rear seats open up serious cargo room when the situation calls for it, making this one of the more pragmatic options in the compact SUV segment. ===== Honda HR-V Reliability and Ownership ===== Honda's HR-V has earned a strong reputation for long-term reliability, consistently earning high marks from consumer satisfaction surveys and third-party reliability analysts. The 1.8-liter i-VTEC engine found in this generation HR-V is a well-proven powertrain with decades of Honda engineering behind it similar units have been deployed across Civics and CR-Vs with outstanding long-term results. Owners frequently report low maintenance costs, with routine oil changes, tire rotations, and brake service covering the bulk of annual upkeep. At just under 88,000 miles, this HR-V is entering what many Honda owners consider its mid-life sweet spot well broken in, but with plenty of road ahead. The CVT, while occasionally a point of discussion among car enthusiasts, has proven durable in real-world ownership when maintained with regular fluid changes.
