GENUINE SHELBY GT #1,443 - Shelby American Las Vegas car (not a standard Mustang GT) This is a genuine 2007 Ford Shelby GT Premium (4.6L 3V), not a standard Mustang GT with badges. The Shelby GT was produced following Ford, Shelby, and Hertz reviving the Rent-a-Racer program in 2006, with approximately 5,600 units built for 2007. This car is Shelby GT #1443 and was shipped to Shelby American in Las Vegas where it received factory Shelby upgrades including a cold air intake, lowered suspension, sway bar, strut tower brace, upgraded exhaust, 3.55 rear gears, Hurst short-throw shifter, and Shelby badging. Finished in black with silver stripes (one of two available color combinations for 2007), the car has been garage kept, adult owned, and driven sparingly in good weather only. Interior, Shaker audio system, and overall condition are excellent. I have owned the car since 2022. It has been reliable, regularly maintained, and oil changes performed on schedule. New tires and battery installed in November 2025. The 4.6L 3V sounds fantastic, is fun to drive, and gets attention everywhere it goes. I genuinely enjoy this car and hate to see it go, but with kids and farm life, the Mustang chapter is on pause for now.
