The engine is the star of the showrevving toward an 8400-rpm redline with a ferocious mechanical scream. The SV's performance comes from more than just a power increase. Lamborghini reduced weight by over 100 pounds using carbon fiber throughout the body and interior while also revising the suspension steering and aerodynamics. A massive fixed rear wing aggressive front splitter and large rear diffuser dramatically increase downforce improving high-speed stability and cornering grip. Visually the SV is unmistakable. It takes the already dramatic Aventador design and pushes it further with sharper lines larger air intakes and exposed carbon fiber elements. And of course it features Lamborghini's signature scissor doors adding to the sense of occasion every time you step in or out. Inside the cabin reflects its lightweight performance-first focus. Carbon fiber is used extensively throughout the interior with Alcantara replacing traditional luxury materials to save weight. The Lamborghini Aventador SV is one of the last truly raw V12 supercarsnaturally aspirated mechanically intense and unapologetically Italian.
