With a sophisticated exterior, a refined interior, and a proven powertrain, this XT5 Luxury represents one of the smartest ways to get into a premium American SUV without the premium new-car price tag. ===== About This 2017 Cadillac XT5 Luxury SUV ===== This 2017 Cadillac XT5 Luxury (Stock #J1987U, VIN: 1GYKNBRS8HZ114467) is a gray 4-door SUV with 93,656 miles on the odometer. For a 2017 model year vehicle, that mileage is well within the range of expected use roughly average for a seven-year-old SUV and the XT5 platform is known to hold up gracefully into higher mileage territory when properly maintained. Whether you're upgrading from a basic crossover or stepping into the luxury segment for the first time, this XT5 Luxury trim offers a genuinely elevated ownership experience. ===== 2017 Cadillac XT5 Performance and Engine ===== Under the hood sits Cadillac's refined 3.6-liter V6 engine paired with a smooth 8-speed automatic transmission. This powertrain combination produces around 310 horsepower and 271 lb-ft of torque, delivering confident acceleration for everyday driving, highway merging, and navigating San Diego's mix of coastal flats and inland highways. This particular XT5 is front-wheel drive, which keeps weight down, improves fuel efficiency, and is more than capable for Southern California driving conditions where all-wheel drive isn't a daily necessity. Expect real-world fuel economy in the range of 18-26 MPG depending on driving habits. ===== Cadillac XT5 Features and Interior ===== ==== Luxury Trim Highlights ==== The Luxury trim is the gateway to the full Cadillac experience. Buyers stepping into this cabin will find premium leather seating, a power driver's seat, heated front seats, and genuine wood and metallic interior accents that set it apart from mainstream competitors. The Cadillac User Experience (CUE) infotainment system with an 8-inch touch screen, Bluetooth connectivity, Apple CarPlay, and available navigation keeps you connected on every drive. Safety and convenience tech includes a rearview camera, parking sensors, lane keep assist, forward collision alert, and automatic high beams features that were genuinely impressive for the 2017 model year and remain practical every day. ==== Cargo and Practicality ==== The XT5 was purpose-built to replace the SRX, and Cadillac used that opportunity to meaningfully increase cargo space. With up to 63 cubic feet of cargo room with the rear seats folded, this SUV handles everything from beach gear and Costco runs to weekend trips up to Julian or out to the desert without complaint. ===== Cadillac XT5 Reliability and Ownership ===== The 2017 Cadillac XT5 earned strong reliability marks from owners and industry analysts. The 3.6-liter V6 in this application is a well-tested engine found across multiple GM platforms with a long track record of durability. J.D. Power gave the 2017 XT5 strong scores in initial quality, and long-term owners frequently praise the ride quality, cabin quietness, and the way the vehicle holds its composure at highway speeds. Common maintenance items at this mileage spark plugs, coolant flush, brake inspection are straightforward and affordable at any qualified shop or Cadillac dealer. As with any used luxury vehicle, a pre-purchase inspection is always a smart step, but the XT5's ownership reputation is genuinely reassuring for used buyers. ===== Why Buy From Siry Motors by Siry & Sons Inc. in San Diego, California ===== Siry Motors by Siry & Sons Inc. has built a reputation in San Diego, in San Diego County, for offering quality pre-owned vehicles with transparent pricing and a no-pressure approach.
