Up for sale is my 2001 Nissan Xterra with only 205k miles (really low for a 25 year old truck) The body is in remarkably good condition with mostly good paint and only a few places where the clear coat has faded.  The interior is very clean, and the seats are in pretty good condition with only wear on the driver's seat which has a small tear on the edge of the seat.  It has new All Terrain tires and a new battery, and the clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder have just been replaced.  It has a 5-speed manual transmission.  I have always chosen manual transmissions for several reasons: they provide you with more control in driving and more solid torque in carrying or towing loads; The transmissions are virtually bullet proof and can easily go 500k miles.  I normally get around 120k miles out of a clutch and a clutch job is a third or less than having an automatic transmission rebuilt.  I had a construction company for over 30 years and all our vehicles had manual transmissions and had to be truly reliable off-road vehicles to get in and out of our construction sites, meaning that they had good ground clearance and solid protection shields under the drive train.  This Xterra is such a truck that just factory built will get you through such conditions.  This truck is in good mechanical order and well maintained.  It has a strong V-6 engine and 4x4 drive.  It does have a check engine light on which has been on since from when I bought it 5 years ago.  The code says the knock sensor needs to be replaced.  I replaced the knock sensor and turned off the light and had the emission inspection pass and shortly thereafter the light came back on.  It does not affect the driving function of the truck and now it does not require an emission inspection to get your tag renewed.<br>I am including the tow package and tow bar with a locking pin.<br>It has cold AC and hot heat.
