Great 4WD SUV with fold away 3rd row to seat 7. Tuxedo black exterior with beautiful light stone leather interior. This is the XLT package but it has upgraded 4.2 LCD info screen and entertainment controls, upgraded sound system, Voice activated Sync control system, rear parking sensors and back up camera, Premium wheels, 6-way power seat adjustments Driver and Passenger, heated front seats, has a full tow package with electrical plugs (Class 3 hidden behind panel on bumper), full roof rack was added, 5 button door code keyless entry, as well as Ford Dealer installed remoted start with keys. Uses 85 regular gasoline and gets 21mpg roughly. June 2026 work completed: 2 New tires (2 a year old) New shocks and struts Air filter, cabin filter, Fuel filter, AC topped off, replaced the passenger side blend door actuator which had been stuck, new spark plugs. Features: Alarm, BT stereo, CD, Sirius XM radio, MP3 input, Cruise control, Tire pressure monitor, AC blows cold, and heat cranks. April 2026 - New Battery I am the second owner, after it was leased in for 2 years and I purchased as a Certified Pre-owned from a Denver Ford dealer. Past repairs: -2020- Driver door was damaged by a mailbox and fully replaced. -2023- Hail damage was completely repaired and covered by insurance. -2019- Hit a deer (already down so no body damage) had to replace the gas tank and some exhaust components all covered by insurance and done at local Ford Dealer. Car has some normal wear and tear but no major blemishes. Rims are in good shape with a little curb rash. There is a small split in the vinyl seam on the passenger door (Photo). I have 4 keys (2 with Remote Start/2 without), WeatherTech floor mats, plus the original floormats, and I have the window sticker from when I bought it. Non-Smoking, no-pet family. Clean title in hand!
