*??? Dealer Certified Pre-Owned 90-Point Inspected* Quality Plus Auto Protection Plan included at full out-the-door price Proudly serving customers with over 22,000 vehicles sold. *2017 Cadillac XTS Luxury Red Passion Tintcoat over Jet Black* A smooth 3.6L V6, a genuinely spacious cabin, and Cadillac's CUE infotainment, finished in Red Passion Tintcoat over Jet Black. Before we get to what makes this car pleasant to drive, we want to walk you through its full history including a serious accident because a car this size deserves an equally thorough conversation. *? What You're Actually Getting* Passed our 90-point Dealer Certified Pre-Owned inspection OBDII scan completed: emissions ready, zero stored or pending trouble codes the scan photo is in our listing photos so you can read it yourself Documented service history spanning the vehicle's life Comes with 2 keys and the original owner's manual books *Serviced twice by our own team at Duluth Auto Service & Imports.* On 07/15/2026: pre-delivery inspection completed, cabin air filter and engine air filter replaced, automatic transmission fluid changed. On 08/12/2026: the electric variable-assist steering rack replaced, both front struts with coil springs replaced, and both front axle shafts removed and reinstalled to carry out that work An estimated $3,650 $4,100 in documented service already performed, estimated at Cadillac franchise-dealer parts and labor rates for the Atlanta area a steering rack alone is most of that figure, and it's already done *?? Real Value* We cross-checked this XTS against DealerCenter market average, Kelley Blue Book, J.D. Power, Manheim, and CARFAX, and the sources disagree more than usual here. Manheim's adjusted retail figure ($16,100) sits close to CARFAX's accident-adjusted History-Based Value ($16,690), while market average, KBB and J.D. Power run roughly $18,100 $19,150 and may not fully reflect this car's history. Rather than pick the number that flatters us, we're giving you the whole spread: $16,100 to $19,149, with the lower end likely the more history-informed figure. Add the estimated $3,650 $4,100 in documented service, our $2,500 5-Year Maintenance Plan, and the $300 retail value of the included Quality Plus coverage, and total value in this vehicle runs roughly *$22,600 to $26,000*. What that means over the years you'd own it: the steering rack, struts and transmission service are bought and paid for rather than waiting for you. The maintenance plan covers 25 oil changes plus radiator, AC and diagnostic service with no year or mileage cap. The Quality Plus coverage means an engine or transmission failure isn't a rebuild bill. Weigh that total against the sticker price of anything else you're considering, because a cheaper car with deferred service and no powertrain protection can cost considerably more across three years. Price is only what you pay, but value is what you get. Market pricing moves, and we'd rather you never overpay ask your sales consultant for a current, VIN-specific pricing report any time. *?? Features & Specs* 3.6L V6 DOHC 24V Front-wheel drive Sedan, 4-door Red Passion Tintcoat exterior Jet Black interior 59,160 miles New steering rack and front struts, August 2026 2 keys and original owner's manual books *?? Vehicle History (Full Transparency)* This is the section that matters most on this vehicle, so here is the complete picture. This XTS began life as a rental before being sold into personal use and has had 5 owners. On 01/30/2026 it was involved in a rear-end collision that disabled the vehicle and required towing, with front airbag deployment. CARFAX classifies this as severe damage, its most serious category. We're told the damage was repaired and the airbag replaced, but we do not hold body-shop paperwork or an itemized repair recor>
